MCA - Forecasting changes

The Dutch hospital "Medisch Centrum Alkmaar" has engaged in cost price analysis and benchmarking for the past five years. The MCA is one of our development partners who has engaged with us in the development of a budgeting model. The model gives the opportunity to budget the costs and revenues by adjusting the number of DRG's. The model is employed in the MCA to forecast the impact on resources (materials and FTE) when production is rising.
