Pi® Balanced Score Card
Do you need a tool to start conversation with doctors about price & quality of their care?
The Tragpi Balanced Score Card (BSC) has been created to allow our clients to have:
• An integral view of price and quality
• A clear overview of the level of your stakeholders satisfaction, your market position and your financial
results
• Keep track of changes: the BSC allows you to monitor development in the performance of your hospital
• Know where you stand: the possibility to compare their performance with other hospitals in our
benchmark
In the Pi® Balanced Score Card a hospital can monitor its performance on different Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). These KPI’s can be shown on different levels: hospital wide, per specialism, per diagnosis group and disorder. At this moment approximately 800 KPI’s are available in Pi®. To create more of a structured overview the KPI’s are presented in four quadrants:
• Organization process of care (delivered quality)
• Satisfaction stakeholders (experienced quality)
• Market position
• Financial result
The KPI score is presented in three different ways:
• Trend: the own hospital development in time
• Trend target: a set target by the hospital
• Mirror: compared to other hospitals that work with Pi®
A pop-up in the Balanced Score Card makes it possible to compare patient features of a KPI from your own hospital with other benchmark hospitals.
Hospitals deliver new data every month so the KPI scores are monthly updated.
